At Freshwaggs, every meal is freshly prepared and customized just for your pet. Since our meals are perishable and made to order, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
However, your satisfaction and your pet’s well-being are our top priority. If you experience any issues with the quality of the product or the delivery, please reach out to us—we're here to help.
We’ll happily look into your concern if:
- The item received was damaged during transit
- The item received was incorrect
- There are missing products in your order
- The item is spoiled or not up to standard
What you need to do:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care.
Provide clear photos or videos of the issue within 12 hours of delivery for assessment.
Important Notes:
Since our meals are perishable, used or opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
We encourage all customers to double-check their order details before confirming a purchase. If a wrong item is ordered by mistake, we unfortunately won’t be able to issue a refund or replacement.
